Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Faithfull the Brand swing tags and hygiene seals still attached.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
